Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to process payment from the card on file on the day your reservation is made for a deposit and/or on the day of arrival for any remaining balance. For reservations made within two weeks of the arrival date, the entire amount may be charged to the card on file at the time of booking. This may be done without prior notice.
- The quoted rate is based on the number and type of guests for the specified period. Any alterations might affect the rate.
- The prices provided at the time of booking include GST and are confirmed upon complete payment for your stay.
- Minimum stay requirements vary throughout the year. Exceptions, like filling shorter gaps, are at management’s discretion.
- Cancellations for Non-Peak Periods: Cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival will receive a credit in their Mandurah Ocean Marina Guest Account, valid for 12 months. No refunds or credits for cancellations within 7 days of arrival. Management may, in exceptional cases, offer credit for last-minute cancellations.
- Cancellations for Peak Periods: Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival will receive a credit in their Mandurah Ocean Marina Guest Account, valid for 12 months. No refunds or credits for cancellations within 14 days of arrival. Exceptional circumstances are subject to management’s discretion. Peak periods include long weekends, local event weekends, and school holidays.
- Reservation changes are possible, but rates may vary and an amendment fee might apply.
- No refunds for early departures or cancellations after arrival.
- Only one promotional/membership offer is applicable per booking
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry, with a full refund provided in such cases.
- While specific chalets can be requested, we retain the right to reassign bookings to an equal or superior chalet.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change with prior written agreement for contracted accommodation and during high-demand periods.
- Linen and towels are included in your rate. Guests staying 7 nights or more can request servicing. Additional servicing or linen incurs a charge, available upon inquiry at Reception. Beach towels are not provided.
- Adherence to our Pet Policy is required for bookings with pets.
